These are the only verses from the Bible I ever remember him reading, but every Christmas, before any presents were opened, my dad read these verses from Luke.<br />No star, no wise men, no flight to Egypt to escape King Herod in this version. But Luke and Mark skip the birth all together.<br />Micah talks about the ruler of Israel coming out of Bethlehem.
