But as I read these lines in Psalm 102:25-27, all I thought is, "This is why I'm Christian!
Long ago you laid the foundation of the earth,
and the heavens are
the work of your hands.
They will perish, but you endure;
they will all wear
out like a garment.
You change them like clothing, and they pass away;
but you are the
same, and your years have no end.
God is faithful and true. God will be there long after the earth is gone. After humans are but a memory. I so often get caught up in how crazy things are that I forget that. God is the center not me!
God is good!
How is your day!
Blessings!

These are comforting verses, indeed, especially in the light of the Psalmist's suffering in the first section of 102.
God is good, all the time!
Blessings!
102:18-20 Write this down for people not yet created! God looked down from heaven and heard the people groan. He released those condemned to death!
So even though our life on this earth is temporary, (v.28) the children of your servants will live in God's presence!
